Alexey Tereshchenko appreciated the choice of coaches for the match of the KHL stars. Earlier it became known that Alexei Zhamnov, Igor Nikitin, Benoit GRU and Victor Kozlov will lead the commands of the divisions.
The choice is understandable, the teams of these coaches are in a leading group. Probably, this was the main factor in the choice, we do not know for sure.
Zhamnov is not the first time participating, Nikitin, too, GRU and Kozlov will debut. Everything is right.
Of course, the match of stars is more for the audience, but the competitive aspect is needed. I think we are gradually moving towards the NHL and their similar event. It is good that the formats are changing, this increases interest, ”said three -time world champion Alexei Tereshchenko.
