Thunder, Celtics and Heat among NBA`s top three front offices in league executive survey

NBA executives consider the Thunder`s front office to be the best in the league. The Athletic published the results of a survey of 40 NBA executives. Each executive named their top five front offices in the league.
Points were distributed in the same way as in the MVP voting: 10 points for first place, seven for second place, five for third, three for fourth and one for fifth.
Oklahoma received 29 first-place votes and 9 second-place votes. Boston received 9 first place votes and 19 second place votes. Miami had 7 votes for second place and 10 votes for third place.
Memphis and Minnesota also rounded out the top five.
