JJ Redick on Dorian Finney-Smith and Shake Milton: They will help our team on and off the court

JJ Redick commented on the Lakers` latest trade. The club acquired forward Dorian Finney-Smith and defenseman Shake Milton in a deal with Brooklyn.
Dorian`s arrival gives us another defenseman who has played multiple positions during his career. He worked hard to hit three-pointers from the receiving end at an elite level.
Very excited about this purchase. Sheik is another guy who can make plays, score points and shoot.
I know what they bring to the table and what they bring to the team culture. They will help on and off the floor.
We`re looking good with our current starting five. So Finney-Smith will be coming off the bench for now. I have already said that I want consistency in terms of lineup. But I won’t be stubborn about something that won’t work. So far so good, and Finney-Smith can adapt to any rotation.
Good thing we got enough time to get these guys into our system. We will need their help. Continuity and relationships are very important. The more we work on this, the better our chances will be in April, May and hopefully June, ” concluded the Lakers head coach.
