Stuttgart fans had problems entering Serbia for the Champions League match. On Wednesday, Stuttgart was defeated by Red Star (1:5) in the away match of the 5th round of the general stage of the Champions League.
As Sky Sport reports, a significant part of the German team`s fans refused to attend the match due to problems with the Serbian police at the border.
It is alleged that when searched at the border for pyrotechnics and other prohibited items, some Stuttgart fans were forced to strip naked, and in some cases Serbian police used physical violence against them, which is why some fans decided to return to Germany.
Several cases of attacks on Stuttgart fans in Belgrade have also been reported - some of the victims were hospitalized.
